Bonitas Asset Management Acquires Arkad Szeged Shopping Center

Bonitas Asset Management has acquired the Arkad Szeged shopping center in Hungary from ECE European Prime Shopping Centre Fund II.

The acquisition was carried out via the Home Real Estate Development Fund, whose largest investor is the Unity Asset Management Foundation.

Arkad Szeged comprises approximately 42,000 square metres of gross leasable area with 122 retail units. The Arkad Szeged brand will remain unchanged, and operation and leasing will continue to be carried out by ECE Marketplaces.

DLA Piper advised the buyer and CMS advised the seller on the deal (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on March 27, 2026).
