Mitiska REIM and its joint venture in Poland Karuzela Holding have acquired the Quick Park Myslowice retail park in the Silesia region.
BOS Bank provided financing for the acquisition.
Quick Park Myslowice has a gross leasable area of 12,760 square meters, comprising 42 retail units and parking for 370 cars. Food-anchored by a Biedronka supermarket, other tenants include Reserved, Woolworth, CCC, Martes Sport, Pepco, and Rossmann, plus an owner-occupied McDonald’s restaurant also on site.
“Quick Park Myslowice is an established income-producing retail park and the largest and most important shopping location in the city,” commented Mitiska REIM Investment Director for Poland Radoslaw Misko. “Through our value-add program, we plan to maximize the performance of the asset and cement its place as the go-to shopping destination in both the city and wider area.”
“We are delighted to further extend our portfolio of retail parks and convenience centers in Poland, which now comprises 14 assets with a total gross leasable area of more than 230,000 square meters,” added Mitiska REIM Managing Partner Sylvie Geuten-Carpentier.
