Yareal Polska has sold the Lixa D office building in Warsaw to a Swiss Family Office represented by OPG Property Professionals.
Lixa D is a Class A office building with a gross lettable area of approximately 10,300 square metres, located in the Wola district near Daszyńskiego Roundabout, and forming part of Yareal Polska’s wider Lixa office complex.
Gide advised Yareal Polska, while MJH advised the buyers (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on March 26, 2026).
