Reckitt Consolidates Warsaw Offices into VIBE

Reckitt Benckiser has decided to put all of its group companies in the VIBE office building located at Rondo Daszynskiego in Warsaw. Reckitt has leased approximately 8,000 square meters of office space at VIBE, making it the largest tenant in the building, and is now filling the last available spaces.

Reckitt Benckiser was represented in the process of searching for and leasing space at VIBE by Cushman & Wakefield.

The 11-story VIBE building opened just this summer at the intersection of Towarowa and Kolejowa streets in Warsaw. According to says Jaroslaw Zagorski, Managing Director of Ghelamco Poland, which developed and manages the property, “Reckitt’s decision to expand so quickly in VIBE confirms the attractiveness of our project and its excellent business conditions. It provides tenants with the highest comfort of use, thanks to the use of intelligent and green solutions compliant with ESG requirements, as well as a central, excellently connected location. This transaction is also a positive signal for the market and proof that tenants decide to increase their office space. We are proud of the trust that such renowned companies and brands as Reckitt have in us and we proudly continue our mission of creating innovative and sustainable workspaces in Warsaw.”

According to Ghelamco, “the name of the project – VIBE – is a reference to the energetic and metropolitan climate that reigns in the latest investment by Ghelamco. For the first time in Poland, the office building received its own, specially created audio sphere, which gives it a unique character that is in tune with the rhythm of life in the building.”
