Liberty Office Complex in Budapest Welcomes New Tenants

Hungarian developer WING is reporting that Zenitech Consulting Zrt., formerly Autsoft, has signed a lease for 1,500 square meters of office space at WING’s mixed-use Liberty building, and that the Hungarian representative office of an otherwise-unidentified “major international company” has signed a lease for an additional 2,000 square meters.

As a result, according to WING, “the Liberty building’s occupancy rate has reached nearly 80%, and the range of services available to employees of the companies already settled and those moving in the future has been further expanded, with the newly established Gourmenza restaurant opening in September.”

The agreements were facilitated by the advisors from CitiReal Advisors and iO Partners Hungary.

“We are honored that more major companies have chosen Liberty,” said Gabor Angel, Deputy CEO responsible for WING’s office portfolio. “This is a strong confirmation that our project offers a unique solution in the Hungarian market. With diverse services and a commitment to ESG, we are creating an office environment where tenants from any sector can find the perfect place for their needs. We extend special thanks to the new tenants who have placed their trust in us, and we hope that Liberty’s innovative features and services will contribute to their future success.”

“We are delighted to have successfully advised on a 2,000-square-meter office lease transaction at Liberty, whereby WING and an international FMCG company signed a lease,” said Krisztina Major, Director of Office Transactions at iO Partners Hungary. “This collaboration further enhances Liberty’s recognition in the real estate market, with yet another prestigious international tenant moving in. Our client chose this project because it meets the company’s global requirements and high ESG standards, both in terms of architectural solutions and ESG compliance, as well as its comprehensive, employee-friendly services. We are proud to be able to support its growth, as it has been chosen by prominent companies that put quality and sustainability at the forefront.”

According to WING, “the construction of Liberty as an energy-efficient green property was … supported by public funds invested under the Real Estate Fund sub-program of the Baross Gábor Capital Program. The Hungarian Development Bank provided funds as a co-investor to the winning real estate funds in the Capital Program’s tendering process, thus contributing to increasing investment activity, improving energy efficiency and implementing green developments.”
