WING Acquires 2.1 Hectares For Mix-Use Project Development in Budapest

WING Group has signed an agreement with GTC for the purchase of a development site located at 173–177 Vaci Road, Budapest, covering more than 2.1 hectares.

The development site covered by the agreement is located in the northern part of the block bordered by Vaci Road, Szekszardi Street, Madarasz Viktor Street, and Szobor Street in Budapest.

According to the plans, approximately 470 apartments and a 23,000-square-meter office building will be built on the site to be acquired by WING as part of a mixed-use project. 

WING reports that the residential development, planned in two phases and expected to begin in 2026, has a finalized concept design, a definitive building permit, and a town planning agreement with the district municipality. As part of this agreement, the company commits to creating high-quality community spaces and green areas for local residents and people working in the area.
