BNP Paribas Renews Lease at Avatar in Krakow

BNP Paribas Bank Polska has renewed its lease of 6,891 square meters of office space at the Avatar Building in Krakow with the Cromwell Property Group, acting on behalf of Cromwell European Real Estate Investment Trust.

The space leased by BNP Paribas Bank Polska extends across four floors, and includes a bank branch
office on the ground floor. The property, located at 28 Armii Krajowej Street, has been home to
BNP Paribas Bank Polska since 2010.

“We are delighted to extend our relationship with BNP Paribas Bank Polska,” said Justyna Filipczak, Head of Central and Eastern Europe at Cromwell. “This renewal highlights the value of
Cromwell’s strong tenant relationships in a highly competitive Krakow office market and our aim
to provide high-quality properties that support our tenants’ growth.”

Completed in 2010, Avatar is a seven-story building that provides 11,000 square meters of class A office space.
