On November 12, 2021, CTP announced a new deal with Tuborg Romania for a 10,300 square meter lease at CTPark Bucharest North for a period of five years.
According to the company, the dedicated unit would be customized to meet the customer’s needs. The new warehouse will become operational in January 2022 and be the main distribution point for all alcoholic and non-alcoholic products in Tuborg’s portfolio. The transaction was advised by real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
“I am glad to see how CTPark Bucharest North develops and diversifies at the same time,” commented CTP Romania Regional Commercial Manager Andrei Koszti. “In less than a year, we managed to lease 85% of the first building, and we already have requests for the next one. Tuborg, one of the most important beer producers in Romania, chose CTPark Bucharest North to expand its logistics spaces from which it ensures distribution throughout the country. We welcome them to the CTP family.”
