The Shire Takes Over Co-Working Location in Warsaw’s Zebra Tower

The Shire – Beyond Coworking – has taken over operational management of an existing co-working location in the Zebra Tower office building in Warsaw.

The Shire reports that the venture is being carried out in close collaboration with the building’s owner, Union Investment.

Zebra Tower is a 16-story, class-A office building located at 1 Mokotowska Street in Warsaw, right next to the Politechnika metro station. The building offers over 18,000 square meters of office and retail space.

The new Shire location in Zebra Tower covers a total of 3,200 square meters across four floors and offers private offices, dedicated desks, and hot desks, as well as shared spaces, meeting rooms, and event zones. Tenants benefit from full business infrastructure, including high-speed Internet, kitchen facilities, administrative support, and 24/7 access.

“This is another key milestone in the development of The Shire – Beyond Coworking,” said Rafal Pisklewicz, Managing Partner at The Shire – Beyond Coworking. “Zebra Tower fits perfectly into our micro-location strategy – it’s a highly connected spot right next to the metro and major city arteries, while also offering exceptional views and direct access to greenery, including the nearby Pole Mokotowskie park. Through our partnership with Union Investment, we are implementing a sustainable, long-term operator model. We’re taking over a space ready to operate and transforming it into another Shire enclave for creative professionals.”

“We’re pleased to welcome The Shire – Beyond Coworking to our portfolio and support the brand’s development within this landmark building,” noted Michael Klose, Asset Management Europe, Union Investment. “We are confident that The Shire’s unique quality and approach will resonate with discerning tenants.”
