UniCredit Bank Hungary to Refurbish Hungarian HQ

UniCredit Bank Hungary has initiated a design-and-build project to completely refurbish its country headquarters in Budapest, assigning the project to developer Fitout Zrt.

According to the Schoenherr law firm, which advised UniCredit Bank Hungary on the matter, the project involves upgrading an eight-story office building – partly erected in the 1930s and under partial monumental heritage protection – into a modern workspace with a usable floor area of over 14,000 square meters.
