Two Polish companies operating in the IT and gaming sectors — Endego and Frozen District — have signed leases with GTC to make Krakow’s Korona Office Complex their new headquarters.
The Korona office center offers over 38,200 square meters of space across four buildings located on Armii Krajowej Avenue in Krakow’s city center.
In May, Endego – a provider of engineering and software solutions for the automotive sector – will take over 750 square meters in the Edison building of the complex. Two months later, Frozen District – an independent gaming studio that is the producer of the successful House Flipper game – will take over some 820 square meters in the same building.
“Attracting more technology companies confirms that we have created a great place for innovation leaders,” said Lukasz Jarzylo, Head of Office Leasing at GTC. “The Korona Office Complex is a space where fast-growing businesses can freely pursue their ambitions, run groundbreaking projects, and build new connections. The choice made by Endego and Frozen District shows that our buildings are attractive to companies that need to attract top talent.”
Korona Office Complex is a modern business hub, home to many companies from the IT, gaming, and engineering sectors.
