Revetas Capital and TriGranit have announced that ARM Processors has agreed to lease over 3,400 square meters of office space in Budapest’s Millennium Gardens as its new office.

“We are delighted to welcome ARM Processors to Millennium Gardens, a landmark business address designed to meet the highest standards of workplace excellence,” said Bence Rohr, Principal al Revetas Capital. “Their teams will benefit from a thoughtfully designed environment complemented by exceptional facilities and breathtaking views of the Danube.”

“The relocation of ARM Processors to Millennium Gardens is a fantastic example of how premium assets remain highly attractive in today’s market,” added TriGranit Leasing Director Karoly Domotor Makk. “Leading tech companies with strong growth potential continue to seek high-quality office spaces, and Millennium Gardens offers exactly that – modern, sustainable, and future-ready workspaces.”

The transaction was facilitated with the support of CBRE, representing the landlord, and IO Partners, representing ARM Processors.

“We are very pleased that ARM chose us as their Tenant Representation Agent and also accepted our Project Management support,” noted Tamas Pal, Senior Business Development Director at iO Partners. “This way, together with our consultants, we were able to find the most effective solution for them within the given time frame, having the chance to develop their future office in the upcoming months.”
