Poland’s Da Grasso chain of franchise pizzerias is moving its headquarters to Globalworth’s Green Horizon office building in Lodz.
According to a statement on the Globalworth website, “this strategic relocation to a space of almost 1,200 square meters is not only intended to meet the needs of the dynamically developing organization, but also to become a place of inspiration for the team.”
“The decision to relocate is a result of our need to create a space that will be in line with the team’s contemporary challenges and will enable us to achieve our development ambitions,” commented Magdalena Pirog, President of the Management Board of Da Grasso Sp. z o. o. “Green Horizon has impressed us with its functionality and openness to modern solutions. Among other things, we plan to create an inspiration kitchen for our employees, where we will jointly develop new ideas.”
The six-story Green Horizon building, covering 35,500 square meters, is located at Rondo Solidarnosci and Pomorska Street in Lodz, near the city center. In addition to offices, the building hosts several restaurants, a kindergarten/nursery, a grocery store, and a medical center. The complex has a parking lot and facilities for cyclists. It is equipped with an energy-saving lighting system, efficient air conditioning that uses cool outside air, and charging stations for electric vehicles. The building has been awarded LEED Gold, BREEAM In-Use v6 at the Excellent level, and WELL Health & Safety 2022 certificates. It also has a Facility Without Barriers certificate.
“We warmly welcome Da Grasso to our tenant community and thank them for their trust,” said Marcin Dondalski, Asset Management & Leasing Manager at Globalworth Poland. “The Green Horizon building is perceived as a modern space that supports employers in providing comfortable, safe and functional working conditions. It has a number of non-standard advantages and attractive solutions, from perfectly lit office spaces with a beautiful view, through extensive service facilities, to the possibility of using access to authorized zones using the Globalworth building and parking application. I am convinced that the working environment in our building will be conducive to the implementation of Da Grasso’s long-term plans.”
