International School of Riga Leases Space in Riga from Baltic Horizon Fund

The International School of Riga has leased space in the S27 building in the Skanste district of Riga from the Baltic Horizon Fund.

According to the Walless law firm, which advised the ISR, the agreement will enable the school to create a modern, expanded campus. The 3,680-square-meter space will serve the school’s growing secondary school community.

According to the ISR’s website, “established in 1997 in Riga, Latvia, the International School of Riga is an independent, not-for-profit school that offers an international education from toddlers to Grade 12 for 305 students representing more than 47 nationalities. The school is located on two campuses, both centrally located within the city, making it Riga’s most centrally located international school.”
