Teodors Welcomes Zabbix as New Tenant

EfTEN Capital has announced that the Zabbix technology company has become a tenant of its Teodors office building in Jauna Teika, Riga.

Zabbix has established its new office across three floors, occupying more than 2,400 square meters, “making it a major tenant in the district and a significant addition to the business center’s community.”

“Zabbix arrival not only enriches our diverse and growing community but also further strengthens Jauna Teika’s position as a destination where technology companies choose to grow,” commented EfTEN Capital Latvia Chairman of the Board Viktors Savins. “We are proud that Jauna Teika is not just a modern and energy-efficient office environment, but also a reliable, supportive, and flexible landlord that cares about each tenant’s growth story. We take pride in providing a space where companies like Zabbix can thrive and contribute to Riga’s business landscape.”

“We are excited to begin a new chapter in Zabbix’s development as we move into our new office space,” added Zabbix Founder and CEO Aleksejs Vladishevs. “The larger and more modern premises will enable us to continue growing, deliver even better support to our clients and community, and create a pleasant, collaborative work environment for our team.”

DNB Bank was announced as a tenant in the same building in June this year (as reported by CEE Real Estate Matters on June 4, 2025)
