The Shire Beyond Coworking Space Opens in Krakow Office Complex

Real-estate investor and developer GTC is opening a new co-working space in Krakow’s Korona Office Complex with The Shire Beyond Coworking.

GTC describes The Shire Beyond Coworking as “one of the leading companies in the premium flexible and serviced office segment.” According to GTC, “The Shire goes beyond standard flexible or serviced offices, offering boutique spaces designed for established companies and organizations that value prestige. The Shire’s business model focuses on flexible lease agreements and comprehensive services. It distinguishes itself in the market with no hidden fees and numerous benefits, such as the dedicated app. Additionally, a marketplace solution is being implemented, providing tenants with access to a wide range of services supporting their business in areas like IT, HR, recruitment, legal assistance, and marketing.”

The Shire Beyond Coworking has taken over office spaces in the GTC Galileo building, one of four Class A offices in the Korona Office Complex. This office center has an area of 38,250 square meters and, according to GTC, “features an excellent location, high standard of finishes, and eco-friendly solutions.” The complex holds a BREEAM In-Use certification at the Excellent level and a Building Without Barriers distinction, confirming its compliance with sustainable development principles. The facility includes electric vehicle charging stations, and the buildings are powered by renewable energy sources. In addition, tenants have access to a range of services and recreational facilities, including a gym, restaurant, café, and bicycle infrastructure.

“Flexible spaces are an attractive complement to the traditional office offerings,” said Lukasz Jarzylo, Head of Office Leasing at GTC Poland. “Our response to the growing market demand in this area is the combination of the highest quality offered by GTC with The Shire’s unique business model.”

Although The Shire Beyond Coworking has office spaces in Warsaw, the location at Armii Krajowej 18 in Krakow is the company’s first in that city. The company’s first location in Wroclaw is currently under construction.
