Yapi Kredi has restructured the financial indebtedness of seven Turkish shopping malls within the Forum AVM Group, in conjunction with the acquisition by Kucukler Holding and VK Holding of a 40% stake in the Forum AVM Group.
Yapi Kredi was advised on the restructuring by the GKC Partners law firm.
