WOOD & Company Enters Into JV with GARBE Industrial Real Estate Poland for GARBE Park Gliwice

WOOD & Company has signed a joint venture agreement with GARBE Industrial Real Estate Poland, a developer of warehouse and industrial spaces, for the GARBE Park Gliwice project in the Silesian Province of Poland.

Founded in 1991 and based in Prague, WOOD & Company is a financial and investment group in Central and Eastern Europe. WOOD Real Estate is responsible for the real estate activities of the WOOD & Company investment group. The company focuses on building a high-quality real estate portfolio and actively managing commercial properties.

The GARBE Park Gliwice complex, which boats a leasable area of 75,000 square meters, is being built in accordance with BREEAM certification requirements at the “Excellent” level.

The Greenberg Traurig law firm advised WOOD & Company on matters related to the signing of the joint venture agreement.
