VD Group Acquires LvivTech.City Project from UFuture Holding

The VD Group, a construction company focusing on premium real estate in Western Ukraine, has acquired the LvivTech.City project from UFuture Holding.

According to the KPD law firm, which advised the VD Group on the deal, the project involves the development of prospective office buildings and a residential complex in Lviv, encompassing the construction of 11 buildings on an area of 3.2 hectares. The VD Group has renamed the project “LvivCity.”

No further details were made available.
