Two New Tenants at Panattoni Park Siedlce

Panattoni has secured two new tenants for its investment in Siedlce, as fruit and nut distributor FoodWell has agreed to occupy 5,700 square meters in an existing building, and a second, as yet unnamed logistics operator has leased over 6,200 square meters of warehouse space yet to be developed.

Panattoni Park Siedlce is a complex of two Class A warehouse buildings close to the center of Siedlce and the city bypass (Siedlce Poludnie exit), which connects to the A2 motorway.

FoodWell is a Polish capital group operating in the healthy food segment. Its portfolio includes five strong brands: Bakalland, Delecta, Purella Superfoods, BeRAW, and Anatol.

“We constantly raise the bar and focus on continuous growth, which requires a modern logistics base,” said Maciej Korycki, Supply Chain Director at FoodWell. “Our new warehouse will serve as a storage site for finished products intended for distribution to clients and for raw materials and packaging to be used at our factory in Janow Podlaski. A strong connection with our largest production facility was one of the key factors in our decision to choose Panattoni’s investment.”

“With the agreement signed with FoodWell, we have fully commercialized all available speculative space at Panattoni Park Siedlce,” said Panattoni Head of Development Michal Samborski. “The second agreement, with a logistics operator, enables us to launch the next phase of the project. We are pleased with the development of this investment, which, despite being located outside the main logistics hubs, continues to attract tenants. Key advantages include good transport connections, proximity to the motorway, and the limited availability of modern warehouse space in the region. It proves that investing in markets with untapped potential truly pays off.”

Panattoni describes the second new tenant as “a provider of comprehensive logistics services.” Under the lease agreement, Panattoni has already begun expanding the existing facility, with construction expected to be completed later this year. The building will be BREEAM-certified at the high “Excellent” level. It will include systems that reduce potable water consumption and conserve water overall. To ensure user comfort, the facility will offer enhanced access to natural daylight, while the office area will meet high standards for acoustics, thermal comfort, and air quality.
