Trei Real Estate Obtains Financing from Deutsche Pfandbriefbank

Trei Real Estate has obtained EUR 38 million in financing from Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG, secured primarily by a portfolio of ten retail parks operated by Trei Real Estate under the Vendo Park banner.

Trei Real Estate is active in retail properties, where it is developing, among other things, a chain of retail parks under the name Vendo Park, which currently comprises 41 facilities, and in residential properties, where its portfolio currently includes approximately 2,500 units in Poland, approximately 2,000 units in the United States, and approximately 1,150 units in Germany.

This is the third cross-border financing for the Polish market provided to Trei Real Estate by Deutsche Pfandbriefbank, following loans in 2020 and 2023.

The JDP law firm advised Trei Real Estate on the deal.
