The Shire – Beyond Coworking Unveils New Office Services Project in Warsaw

The Shire – Beyond Coworking is launching what it describes as “an innovative project” at 37 Poznanska Street, in Warsaw’s office services market.

According to the Shire – Beyond Coworking, the project, which is situated in a historic building, “will feature fully equipped, independent, serviced office modules of the highest standard. These spaces combine the benefits of private, independent offices with the convenience of fully serviced environments.” According to the company, “Poznanska 37 in Warsaw is not just a prestigious address; starting next March, it will also be the latest premium, flexible space location under The Shire brand.”

The project includes seven independent, fully equipped, premium-class serviced modules, and each module, with a capacity of 6 to 50 workstations, will feature its own kitchen, restrooms, and conference rooms. The property owner and operator will jointly manage the spaces, with The Shire – Beyond Coworking “ensuring comprehensive services for the modules,” including cleaning, technical maintenance, provision of the Internet, coffee, reception, and concierge support.

“We’ve created a unique product in the boutique premium flexible space market in the heart of Warsaw,” said Rafal Pisklewicz, Managing Partner at The Shire – Beyond Coworking. “Our independent office modules, located in the extraordinary interiors of the historic building at 37 Poznanska Street, stand out with their complete independence, offering privacy comparable to having your own office without shared common areas. At the same time, users of our modules benefit from fully equipped, serviced spaces with unique designs without worrying about additional maintenance costs. They can fully enjoy the blend of office privacy and extensive service offerings. We are confident that this innovative format will make a mark on the market, especially given its excellent location and prestigious address.”

“This is one of the few agreements involving managing a luxurious property in the very center of Warsaw,” said said Konrad Szaruga, Director of Flexible Office Solutions at CBRE, which advised on the project. “The Shire and the property owner have developed a unique partnership unprecedented in the market, delivering a new office project in the capital. Add to this the elegant, designer interiors that The Shire is known for, the advanced features of the building, and the excellent address, and we have a product that is already attracting significant interest from clients, three months before its planned opening.”
