The Hoxton to Debut in Poland with Hotel in Krakow

The Hoxton will make its Polish debut in Krakow in the second half of 2027 as part of the Dolnych Mlynow 10 development by NOHO Investment.

The Hoxton is part of Ennismore. This will mark the brand’s 20th property worldwide.

Located near Krakow’s Old Town, the hotel will feature 115 guest rooms, a restaurant, and a central lobby bar that will serve as a social hub, as well as “The Apartment – The Hoxton’s distinctive meeting and events concept built around a communal Pantry Kitchen.” The property will also include the Hox Gallery, a rotating exhibition space supporting local artists, complemented by a curated program of music and cultural events.

The Dolnych Mlynow 10 project spans 12 buildings and combines premium residences, a lifestyle zone for residents, a food hall, restaurants, and service areas, all set around open courtyards with greenery and art. The first phase will deliver approximately 130 apartments, followed by the hotel development.
