Technopolis Office Park Renamed Simbiocity Vilnius

On February 12, 2025, the Ozo office park in Vilnius formerly known as Technopolis was renamed Simbiocity Vilnius.

AB Baltic Opportunity, an investment company managed by Lords LB Asset Management, acquired the property in March, 2024.

According to a statement on the UAB Lords LB Asset Management website, “the new name, created together with the community, customers and partners, reflects the vision – a symbiosis of spaces connecting work, leisure and social life. The motto of Simbiocity Vilnius: ‘People and Spaces.'”
