Strabag Property and Facility Services Acquires B2 Assets from Dusan Bocek

Strabag Property and Facility Services has acquired B2 Assets s.r.o. from Dusan Bocek.

Strabag is an Austrian property services company and a provider of building solutions, managing real estate and property assets including offices, industrial sites, plants, technology buildings, data centers, and residential properties. B2 Assets is a Czech Republic-based building-management company with almost 80 employees and a portfolio of approximately 1.4 million square meters across the Czech Republic that includes logistics and industrial companies, office locations, and hotels and shopping centers, all generating an equivalent of approximately EUR 12 million per year.

The purchase price was not disclosed.

“The acquisition fits perfectly into our growth strategy,” said Stefan Babsch, Managing Director of the Strabag PFS Group. “Strabag PFS is thus consolidating its market position in the Czech Republic, as we have so far been almost exclusively present in Prague. B2 Assets is a high-performance company with impressive development and a broad range of products and services. We can now offer our services nationwide and thus further expand our activities.”

“We warmly welcome the employees of B2 Assets to our group of companies,” Babsch added, “and are very pleased that the proven management team will become part of the STRABAG PFS team.”

The Wolf Theiss law firm advised Strabag on the deal, and the Dolezal & Partners team advised Dusan Bocek.
