State Water Management Company Polish Waters Flows Into Tryton Business House

The State Water Management Company Wody Polskie has signed to lease to occupy 3,092 square meters of modern office space in the Tryton Business House in Gdansk, owned by Globalworth.

“The Regional Water Management Board in Gdansk currently operates in two locations, which is not convenient for organizational reasons,” explained Pawel Szarmach, Deputy Director of the Regional Water Management Authority in Gdansk. “In addition, the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Gdansk, in whose building some of our offices operate, wants to develop and use its space for its own needs. In this situation, we decided to choose a new headquarters, where all departments of our institution will be located.”

“We treat the trust that the State Water Management Polish Waters has shown us by choosing Tryton Business House as its new regional headquarters as a confirmation of our effectiveness in creating friendly, professional and sector-specific rental conditions,” commented Anna Zygmunt, Junior Asset Management & Leasing Manager at Globalworth Poland. “Within a few months, another institution of public trust will join our tenant community, strengthening Tryton’s position as a place with a stable reputation, providing a high-quality working environment.”

Globalworth’s portfolio includes a number of offices leased by various public-sector institutions, including the Department of Labor and Social Security and the Department of Intellectual Property of the District Court and the Court of Appeal in Gdansk, which in April of this year all also began operating in Tryton.
