Stage II of Good Point V in Lubna Achieves BREEAM Excellent Certification

Warehouse 2, developed in the second phase of the Good Point V project in Lubna, has been awarded a final BREEAM International New Construction V6 certificate at the Excellent level.

Good Point V is a logistics and production park that is owned by Real Management S.A. and consists of three buildings (Warehouses 1, 2, and 4) with a total area of about 30,000 square meters. Warehouse 2 began operations in February 2025, and thanks to the implementation of innovative, eco-friendly systemic solutions, it has joined the ranks of buildings that have received the final BREEAM International New Construction V6 certificate at the Excellent level. The building achieved a score of 73.5% in the Post Construction Assessment phase.

The certification process evaluated the building’s environmental friendliness and the level of comfort provided to its users. The facilities completed in the first phase of Good Point V (Warehouses 1 and 4) received BREEAM certification at the same level in 2024. The general contractor for the development was Bremer, while the certification advisor was JWA.

“I am very pleased that all buildings developed as part of Good Point V have been awarded certification confirming the project’s highest quality and safety standards,” said Eliza Wielgus, Senior Asset Manager at Real Management S.A. “Undoubtedly, the BREEAM Excellent rating proves that thanks to the solutions implemented, Good Point V is not only a high-class warehouse facility but also a development that allows our tenants to operate in harmony with the environment and benefit from lower maintenance costs. Creating such spaces is a priority for Real Management, which is why we are developing our own Warehouse Building Standard to complement our ESG strategy.”

Current tenants at Good Point V include Dr Irena Eris S.A. — a Polish cosmetics manufacturers (in Warehouse 1); Sales Service Sp. z o.o., a company specializing in comprehensive services for building visibility and activating drugstore, pharmacy, and perfumery brands at points of sale (in Warehouse 4); and Fulfilio Sp. z o.o., focusing on logistics services for the e-commerce sector and POS materials (in Warehouse 2).
