Sportland Acquires Land for Logisitics Center in Latvia

Colliers Baltics has represented Sportland in the latter’s acquisition of 4.2 hectares of land in Marupe, Latvia.

According to Colliers Baltics, “this strategic purchase will pave the way for the expansion of Sportland’s logistics center, further strengthening their presence and operational capacity in the region.”
