Skanska’s Office Building in Poznan is WELL Health-Safety Rating Certified

On January 18, 2022, Skanska celebrated its new WELL Health-Safety Rating Certification for Building D, a part of the Nowy Rynek office complex in Poznan.

According to the company, receiving the WELL Health-Safety Rating certificate confirms that building D has met the requirements the enable a safe return to offices – such as the implementation of new sanitation and disinfection standards. The distinction is awarded to office spaces that comply with the highest safety parameters, thus reducing the risk of disease transmission and creating healthy and user-friendly workplaces. Skanska’s most recent survey, conducted among 2,000 office workers, confirms that more than half of them work exclusively in the office and hybrid work is still the preferred working model.
