P3 is welcoming back Sinziana Pardhan, who has rejoined the company as Group Director Strategic Transformation and Sustainability.
According to P3, in her new capacity Pardhan “will be instrumental in driving our customer-centric approach and advancing our ESG agenda. Her return is a testament to P3’s commitment to fostering a supportive environment where former colleagues are always welcome to bring their expertise and passion back into the business.”
After nine years at Colliers International, Pardhan first joined P3 in 2017, quickly moving up to Managing Director Romania. She left in July of 2023.
“Sinziana’s deep knowledge of the real estate industry and her previous leadership experience with P3 will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our relationships with customers and make strides in sustainability,” said P3 CEO Frank Poerschke.”
