SES Spar European Shopping Centers Puts Slovenian Shopping Center in Basket

SES Spar European Shopping Centers has acquired the Arkadia Shopping Center retail park in Domzale, near Ljubljana, Slovenia, from Generali Adriatic Value Fund I, managed by Generali Investments Slovenija.

Arkadia, which opened in 2006, spans approximately 11,000 square meters of gross leasable area across 19 retail units, and it features 346 surface parking spaces.

The Cerha Hempel and Selih & Partnerji law firms advised the buyers.
