Real Management S.A. has announced that Sales Service Sp. z o.o. has leased a warehouse and office space in the last vacant hall in Real Management’s Good Point V warehouse and production park in Lubna, Poland. Real Management handed over more than 5,000 square meters of space to Sales Service in mid-August.
According to Real Management, Sales Service “[assists] businesses in the area of building visibility and activating brands at the point of sale.” Its offering, Real Management says, “includes logistics, manufacture, assembly and maintenance of display furniture and POS materials.”
The Good Point V warehouse and production park consists of three buildings offering a total of 30,000 square meters of space. Two of the three buildings, both developed in the first stage of the project, have already been granted occupancy permits. The entire complex is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2025, when OEX Fulfilio Sp. z o. o., a company specializing in delivering logistics services for the e-commerce sector and dealing with loyalty programs and POS materials, moves into Good Point V.
