Rohlig SUUS Logistics Extends Lease at Bolero Office Point 1

Rohlig SUUS Logistics has extended its lease at Real Management S.A.’ Bolero Office Point 1 building in Warsaw.

The property, where the tenant has occupied more than 2,000 square meters since 2014, is located at ul. Rownolegla 4a. It is located in close proximity to Warsaw’s key transport hubs, with convenient access to the A2 motorway, expressways S2 and S8, and Aleja Prymasa Tysiaclecia. Its location near the WKD station provides fast and comfortable public transport connections to the city center and surrounding areas. The building is approximately 5 kilometers from Chopin Airport.

Rohlig SUUS Logistics is the largest Polish logistics operator. It specializes in comprehensive logistics management and global supply chains. It handles logistics processes using road, sea, air, rail, and intermodal transport, and also offers contract logistics, customs services, and project cargo. In addition, Rohlig SUUS Logistics provides supply chain design tailored to specific client needs under its Supply Chain Solutions offering. The company currently employs more than 2,500 people across over 40 branches in 8 countries and manages more than 370,000 square meters of warehouse space. It is one of the few Polish companies with SBTi-approved decarbonization targets.

“Rohlig SUUS Logistics was one of the first tenants at our Bolero Office Point 1 office building, which makes the decision to extend the lease once again particularly satisfying for us,” commented Real Management S.A. Senior Asset Manager, CCIM Eliza Wielgus. “This transaction also confirms the strength of our relationship, built consistently over the past 11 years, and the tenant’s satisfaction with the services we provide as part of the building’s management. From a market perspective, Rohlig SUUS Logistics’ decision to remain in this location is fully aligned with the current trend of renegotiations and extensions in the office sector. Companies increasingly prefer proven, tailored locations, and Bolero Office Point 1 is exactly that for our tenant.”

“At Rohlig SUUS Logistics, we focus on modern office space tailored to employee needs, designed in our ‘Office of the Future’ style,” added Rohlig SUUS Logistics Real Estate Director Tomasz Chmielewski. “We combine technology with friendly design across a variety of office zones, from open space and individual offices to acoustic pods and conference rooms. We also have a shared kitchen and coffee areas for informal meetings. In the era of hybrid work, we see that employees are more willing to use the office because it offers conditions that support comfortable everyday work. Our offices play an important role in achieving our strategic goal of being the number one employer in the TSL industry. Our headquarters at Bolero Office Point 1 was the first location designed in the ‘Office of the Future’ standard. Today, an increasing number of our branches in Poland and abroad operate according to the same concept. We also know how crucial it is to have the right real estate partner for projects like this.”
