Remake Asset Management, acting for the SCPI Remake Live fund, has acquired a logistics facility in Poland from Auchan and subsequently leased it back to Auchan.
According to the Gide law firm, which advised Remake, with “38,400 square meters of logistics space, this is Auchan’s main logistics facility in Poland, located in Wolborz – a strategic location in the middle of the country.”
