Plant-Tec Europe Expands Hillwood Zgierz I

Plant-Tec Europe, a company specializing in the production and sale of spice mixtures, breading systems, and functional additives, will expand the space it rents in the Hillwood Zgierz I logistics center.

Plant-Tec Europe, which is part of the LipCo Foods Multifood Group, will lease an additional 3,900 square meters at Hillwood Zgierz I, giving it a total of over 9,300 square meters of warehouse and office space.

“Increasing the space by over 70% will allow Plant-Tec to continue meeting the needs of the dynamically developing segments of the LipCo Foods Multifood Group, but also the food service industry, B2B customers, and the entire food producer market in Poland and abroad,” said Robert Bogusz, President of the Management Board of Plant-Tec Europe.

“The moment when a tenant decides to expand the leased space is always a source of pride for us and a confirmation that our facilities meet expectations and allow for business development in comfortable conditions,” said Jan Bielski, Leasing Manager at Hillwood Polska. “The expansion of Plant-Tec Europe in the Hillwood Zgierz I logistics center [means] that we only have one free module of 7,200 square meters [available] for rent in this facility. It is clear that the strategic location and access to qualified staff in Zgierz and Lodz are the reasons why so many companies choose our facility for their business needs.”
