Plan B Group has announced it has completed the interior fit-out for Alioth Group on the 44th floor of Varso Tower in Warsaw.
Alioth Group is a consortium of companies operating in the industrial and technological sectors with experience in developing and implementing tailored solutions for the defence industry. The group also includes the Alioth Foundation, which focuses on raising public awareness of security issues and promoting the development of strategic culture in Poland.
“Our ambition was to create an office space that reflects the character of Alioth Group – a company operating in the industrial and defence sectors, where solidity, security, and strategic thinking are key values,” commented Plan B Group Partner Wojciech Kaczmarczyk. “The office we delivered in Varso Tower underscores Alioth’s prestige and standing while offering its employees an inspiring and comfortable workplace.”
“We are delighted that Alioth Group has joined the Varso Place community and that we could contribute to the creation of their new office,” commented HB Reavis Senior Leasing Manager Natalia Kasperska. “Through close collaboration, we developed a space perfectly aligned with the company’s operational profile while fully leveraging the advantages of Varso Tower – a prestigious central Warsaw location offering the highest standards and a truly unique environment.”
HB Reavis recently announced it refinanced the Varso Place project in Warsaw for a five-year term for a total of GBP 445 million (as reported by CEE Real Estate Matters on October 7, 2025).
