Penta Investments Secures CZK 3.2 Billion in Senior Financing for Healthcare Real Estate Portfolio

Penta Investments has announced the successful closing of CZK 3.2 billion in senior financing for its healthcare real estate portfolio in the Czech Republic.

The financing was syndicated across five leading banks, arranged by Komercni Banka and CSOB with the participation of UniCredit Bank CZ & SK, Ceska Sporitelna, and Raiffeisenbank Ceska Republika.

The portfolio comprises long-term care facilities and Klinika Dr. Pírka. The transaction includes, according to Penta, “a 21-entity portfolio financing structure, enabling optimal capital allocation and strategic separation of property and operating companies.”

“This achievement marks a significant milestone for our healthcare investment platform and is a testament to the strength of our portfolio, endorsed by the continued confidence of our banking partners. We thank all involved in this complex transaction for their trust and support, which enable us to achieve our long-term goals in providing affordable and quality healthcare to our patients and clients,” read a Penta Investments statement.
