Panattoni Starts Construction of Next Phase of Wroclaw Campus 2

Panattoni has started construction on the next phase of the Wroclaw Campus 2 logistics complex in Lower Silesia — a 30,000-square-meter space it intends to deliver in June 2025 that is part of a hall that will eventually reach 130,000 square meters, with the entire project totaling 160,000 square meters.

“Lower Silesia is the heart of Polish logistics and industry, consistently attracting investors from around the globe due to its unique combination of convenient location and dynamic infrastructure development,” said Damian Kowalczyk, Development Director at Panattoni. “Panattoni has played a key role in the region’s growth for many years.”

Panattoni has already delivered 2.3 million square meters of modern industrial space in Lower Silesia. The first phase of the Wroclaw Campus 2 project, which covers 185,000 square meters, was sold in 2023 to P3 Logistic Parks, which Panattoni describes as “one of the largest transactions in the history of the Polish industrial real estate market.” Panattoni subsequently completed the first phase of the next stage — a 30,000-square-meter hall already handed over. The developer has now commenced work on the next hall.

“Wroclaw Campus 2 is located in the southern part of the city—in one of Europe’s best-developed logistics zones—adjacent to major production hubs like the massive LG complex,” said Kowalczyk. “This creates immense potential for our investment, which provides excellent logistical and production support for the suppliers to these facilities. Direct access to the A4 and A8 motorways enables efficient distribution to key European markets such as Germany and Austria, with a customer base exceeding 100 million people.”
