Panattoni has finalized the sale of City Logistics Warsaw IV, a 39,000-square-meter logistics complex in Warsaw to an unidentified buyer. The transaction is valued at EUR 53.5 million.
City Logistics Warsaw IV is situated 11 kilometers from the center of Warsaw that currently houses six tenants.
“The City Logistics Warsaw IV transaction is a prime example for today’s core sellers,” said Michal Stanislawski, Co-Head of Capital Markets Poland at Panattoni. “As the economic cycle progresses, we anticipate increased investment activity in this segment.”
