Panattoni Park Zabrze II Sold to Generali Fond Realit

Panattoni has finalized the sale of one of its Silesian investments, the Panattoni Park Zabrze II logistics park, to a company owned by the Generali Group fund.

The shift towards the next phase of the cycle motivates the buyers who are actively pursuing investment opportunities of the highest quality.”

Panattoni Park Zabrze II covers an area of 45,000 square meters in Zabrze, within the Katowice Special Economic Zone. Over 50% of the facility is occupied by Zarys International Group, one of Europe’s largest suppliers of medical equipment.

The park has obtained BREEAM certification at the Excellent level and is equipped with energy- and water-saving solutions that contribute to lower operational costs for tenants.
