Panattoni has launched the construction of a new phase of its Wroclaw Campus 2 logistics complex in Krzyzowice near Wroclaw, adding 102,000 square meters of space. The developer will lease 45,000 square meters of the new phase to DSV – Global Transport and Logistics, while the remaining area will be developed speculatively.
Wroclaw Campus 2 will ultimately total approximately 160,000 square meters of industrial space. Phase one of the complex, covering 54,000 square meters, has been fully leased and delivered. According to Panattoni, DSV will begin operations in its new facility in 2026.
“High service quality and flexibility combined with competitive costs and an excellent geographical location are Poland’s key advantages,” says DSV – Global Transport and Logistics Sales and Marketing Director Piotr Wojtkowski. “At DSV, we respond to both current and future expectations of our clients and the market. The investment in new space in Krzyzowice is a perfect example of this approach.”
“Following its recent acquisition of Schenker, DSV has become the world’s largest logistics operator,” says Panattoni Regional Managing Director, Lower Silesia, Damian Kowalczyk. “This latest collaboration in Wroclaw once again confirms that we are a trusted partner for the world’s largest players.”
According to Panattoni, Wroclaw Campus 2 will undergo BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. The facility will include advanced thermal insulation, intelligent heating and cooling control systems, and solutions tailored to DSV’s operational needs.
