Panattoni Enters Final Stage of Construction for Danfoss Poland Production Plant

On September 28, 2021, Panattoni announced that it has started working on the final stage of a production plant for Danfoss Poland.

Panattoni informed that the plant is located in the Grodzisk Mazowiecki complex and will include 45 production lines with which Danfoss Poland will manufacture, among other items, energy-saving industrial and solenoid refrigeration valves.

According to Panattoni, 12,000 square meters of the project have already been delivered. The final stage consists of a warehouse facility and 1,000 square meters of production space, scheduled for completion at the end of November 2021.

“Almost the entire construction process has been taking place during each wave of the pandemic, which made it difficult to coordinate the project and the current stricter sanitary and epidemiological requirements,” mentioned Panattoni BTS Managing Director Marek Forynski. “Despite these inconveniences, we have been able to construct the new plant with great efficiency, allowing Danfoss to successfully relocate each of its production lines from Denmark to Poland. Thus the company has been able to maintain the continuity of its production processes. Once again, Panattoni can be relied upon to provide stability in uncertain times.”
