Panattoni Constructing Building in Panattoni Park Warsaw West for XBS Logistics

Panattoni has announced that it is constructing the third and final building in the Panattoni Park Warsaw West development. The 16,460-square-meter building is being constructed to meet the needs of XBS Logistics, which plans to start operating in the new warehouse facility in July 2025.

Panattoni describes its Panattoni Park Warsaw West, in Blonie, about a 35-minute drive from the Polish capital, as “one of [its] key Warsaw-area developments.” Upon completion of the third and final planned building, Panattoni reports, “the center will comprise a total area of over 90,000 square meters of modern warehouse and production space. The development has already been fully commercialized.”

“Panattoni Park Warsaw West is a project that perfectly matches the needs of companies looking for warehouse space in the Warsaw area,” claims Michal Samborski, Head of Development at Panattoni. “It is located just 26 km to the west of the city limits near the planned site of the Central Communication Port. Once again, our work with XBS Logistics demonstrates that the standards and locations we offer at Panattoni can attract the leading players in the logistics market.”

“The development of Panattoni Warsaw West not only represents a further step to strengthen Panattoni’s position in the region,” Samborski added, “but also an opportunity for the further development of industry and logistics in the Warsaw region.”

“Our development strategy is to provide optimal logistics solutions through the use of modern technology while at the same time protecting the natural environment and local communities,” explained Jacek Kolodziejczyk, the joint CEO at XBS Group for XBS Logistics & XBS PRO-LOG. “We were also looking for a location near our already operating XBS centers. The space in Panattoni Park Warsaw West is an ideal fit for our requirements.”
