P3 Logistic Parks Acquires Logistic Park and Land in Slovakia from Logicor

P3 Logistic Parks has acquired an existing park and adjacent land near Nove Mesto nad Vahom in Slovakia from Logicor.

The transaction included a 26,573-square-meter building, with long-term tenants including Agel, Euro Pool, Hella, Pilous Packaging and ZF, and a neighboring plot ready for further development. An additional hall with an area of 26,275m2 is planned for future development.

“This acquisition provides a unique opportunity to strengthen P3’s presence in key locations in Slovakia,” said P3 Managing Director for Czech Republic and Slovakia Peter Janosi. “The excellent location of the logistics park near Nove Mesto nad Vahom, combined with its potential for growth, aligns with our development strategy and creates new opportunities to solidify our position in the Slovak market.”
