Oviedo Investment Sells Gdansk Property to ULMA Construccion Polska

Oviedo Investment has sold a commercial property on Budowlanych Street in Gdansk to ULMA Construccion Polska S.A. 

Oviedo Investment is part of the INOPA Group, which builds and provides offices, warehouses, commercial spaces, and multi-functional projects. ULMA Construccion Polska is a manufacturer of formwork and scaffolding systems.

The purchase price reportedly amounted to PLN 26.25 million, or approximately EUR 6.1 million. The property purchased by ULMA had been leased by the company since 2015 for use as its Gdansk logistics center.

The Jasinski law firm advised Oviedo on the deal.
