One United Properties Announces the Handover of One Cotroceni Park Phase I

On January 17, 2022, One United Properties announced the handover of office building One Cotroceni Park Phase I in Bucharest.

According to the company, phase I of the development has a gross leasable area (GLA) of 46,000 square meters. At this time, 75% of the office and commercial space has been rented. One Cotroceni Park is an urban regeneration project in Bucharest, with mixed functionalities, consisting of a residential area with over 850 apartments, as well as two office buildings and commercial spaces, delivered in two phases. Phase II with a gross leasable area of 35,000 square meters will be delivered in 2022.

“We have with One Cotroceni Park a state-of-the-art concept which ideally implements working, living, shopping, all in one sustainable development redefining the classic real estate,” stated One United Properties Office Division CEO Mihai Paduroiu. “This large-scale urban regeneration development brings value to the local community and to Bucharest itself, as the city image will be elevated to a level comparable to the top global metropolises. And this is another step we take towards our credo – that Bucharest should become a world city.”
