Nhood, Ceetrus, and Apsys Join Forces in Poland

Nhood and Ceetrus have entered into a partnership with Apsys to initiate innovative and sustainable development projects in Poland.

The venture’s project, Wilanow Park, in a suburb of Warsaw, combines a shopping center with an area exceeding 50,000 square meters and features 166 retail units and a public park spanning more than 2.2 hectares. Wilanow Park, which represents a EUR 200 million investment, is scheduled to open in 2028.
