Mokotowska Square Signs Up New Tenants

On November 3, 2021, Savills announced that Harvey Nash and Westinghouse Electric Company have joined the tenants of Mokotowska Square in Warsaw, an office building belonging to Yareal Polska.

Harvey Nash, a global technology recruitment organization, will be taking up 470 square meters of office space. Nuclear power equipment Westinghouse Electric Company will be leasing 212 square meters.

“We are pleased to announce new leases for office space in Mokotowska Square. The building attracts strong occupier interest thanks to its prestigious location. The planned refurbishment of its reception area and communal areas will soon add to its appeal. The building currently has two vacant units available for immediate occupation,” commented Savills Associate, Landlord Representation, Agnieszka Wegrzynska.
