Martin Jurecko Joins CMS in Bratislava

Real Estate legal expert Martin Jurecko has joined the CMS law firm in Bratislava.

According to CMS, Jurecko has over 20 years experience advising clients on real estate and construction, corporate and M&A, and banking and finance law. His other areas of expertise include commercial and disputes law.

Before the move, Jurecko was co-owner of the MCL Law Firm. Before co-founding MCL in 2017, he was a partner with Havel, Holasek & Partners (and subsequent Havel & Partners) from 2013 to 2017, and a lawyer at White & Case from 2004 tp 2013.
