Manova Partners Sells Zaulek Piekna Office Building in Warsaw to Syrena Real Estate

Manova Partners has sold the Zaulek Piekna office building in Warsaw to Syrena Real Estate.

Zaulek Piekna offers over 8,100 square meters of office space and 700 square meters of retail and service space. The property will be modernized and repositioned as a highly energy-efficient Class A building by its new owner.

Munich-based Manova Partners is an international property investment manager with approximately EUR 12 billion in assets under management across 170 properties in Europe, North and South America, and Australia. The company was founded in 2000 as GLL Real Estate Partners and was part of the Australian Macquarie Group from 2018 to 2024. In September 2024, the company was renamed Manova Partners.
